Elementary School Tuition Subsidy Program for St. Matthew Parishioners

Because St. Matthew Parish does not have an elementary school, the Parish offers a tuition subsidy to families who choose to enroll their children in a Catholic parish school. This subsidy reflects St. Matthew Parish’s continued commitment to Catholic education.

To be eligible for the subsidy, families must remain registered and active parishioners of St. Matthew Parish and meet the following requirements:

• Attend Mass regularly
• Contribute consistently (weekly or monthly) to St. Matthew Parish through Ministry Platform e-Giving or parish envelopes
• Actively serve as a volunteer in a St. Matthew ministry

Subsidy Details

The subsidy covers the difference between parishioner and non-parishioner tuition rates at the selected Catholic school.

For the 2026–2027 school year, the subsidy is available for:

• Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade
• A maximum subsidy of $2,500 per student

The subsidy will be paid in two installments, coordinated directly with the school. Please note that the St. Matthew Parish Office will verify continued compliance with the eligibility requirements. If active parishioner status is not maintained, the subsidy will be discontinued.
